the location is great, near shinagawa station. the room had helpful toiletries provided. i found the front desk accommodating and friendly. house cleaning was daily and the room was super clean. the lounge had a vending and coffee machine and a microwave. bottled water was stocked daily.

the pillows are old. they feel flat and need replacement. its like sleeping on the mattress.

The hotel location is very near to the train station. This made trips easy. The staff very nice and they helped me. My room had good size. It was much larger than most other places.

My room did not seem to have air conditioning. The room was so hot. I only was able to open the window a couple of inches. It was outdated too.

The staff were efficient. The location was acceptable.

I was pretty disappointed. the room felt outdated and needed some love. there was mold in the bathroom. I found it on the ceiling and in the tile grout. the lack of cleanliness was a big issue for me.
